Retail Sales Specialist
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for sexual health, wellness and pleasure to bring a little more joy and good vibes to South Africa.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and charismatic Retail/Online specialist to join our team based in Green Point, Cape Town.
We are a small team where hard work and dedication are met with a laugh-a-minute fun-loving environment. We would love to meet you if you share a similar work ethic.
We value our customers dearly and believe that offering top quality products as well as excellent service is paramount to the Olivia Grey experience. You will be expected to uphold the standard in assisting customers in the Green Point Store as well as assisting in the e-commerce shipping procedures and online platforms.
As a Sales Specialist your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that customer service is an intrinsic part of the sales process
- Ensuring accurate and appropriate advice to ensure that our customers buy the best and relevant products to meet their needs
- Assisting with the processing and packing of online orders.
- Supporting the Management team and the sales process ensuring effective responsibility and ownership of your tasks
- Taking responsibility for visual presentation and cleanliness of the store.
In order to be considered for this exciting role, it is essential that you have the following:
- Customer service experience in a client-facing role.
- Experience with WooCommerce.
- Genuine desire to deliver first-class customer service while having a passion for the products as well as sexual health.
- A fast learning attitude to be able to use your knowledge and understanding of products to advise the customer.
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst prioritising workloads and maintaining efficiency.
- Self-motivated team player who shows initiative, confidence and pride in their work.
- Being open and comfortable to talk about sex and sexualities.
- A professional vocabulary and approach to sex understanding the need to create a clean safe environment for customers to feel comfortable about their needs and wants.
