Yes, we do. We have a shops in both Green Point and Table View in Cape Town.

Discreet shipping means that we’ll send your goodies in an inconspicuous box placed in a standard courier bag, with no Olivia Grey branding or mention of sex toys on the parcel. Please contact us as soon as you realise you need to change the delivery address. We will update it for you unless it has already been sent. If we have dispatched already you would need to contact the courier directly.

We use Sky Net, because we think they’re pretty cool people, they’re very fast, and they’ve never let us down. Once your parcel is collected, you’ll receive an email with your waybill number. You can track your order using your waybill number on their site. MORE INFO

Due to the intimate nature of the products and the protection of our customers, we are not able to refund, nor replace a product once shipped unless it has a factory fault. Once it leaves our warehouse, there’s no way for us to really know whether a product has been used or not, even if the packaging looks untouched. So to be super safe, we cannot accept returns.

However, should your product be faulty, we will gladly honour the manufacturer’s warranty and replace your sex toy. You can send an email to hello@oliviagrey.co.za, and we’ll sort it out for you. MORE INFO

In order to process your ordering ship your sex toys to you, we need some information about you, such as your name, how to contact you & where to ship your goodies.
